Upon purchase we will liaise with the original biomass boiler owner to decommission the appliance. We will then transport the boiler to our yard where we will carry out any necessary remedial/cosmetic works.
Planning permission will then be prepared and submitted to local council, with our assistance provided throughout the process.
Upon approval of planning our engineers will deliver, install and commission the biomass boiler to your chosen site.
Our in-house RHI consultant will liaise with original owner to withdraw current RHI application and complete final notice of meter readings. The original accreditation will be transferred to the new owner’s account and a new RHI application will be submitted.
Pending all criteria has been met, approval will be granted by Ofgem for you to continue the RHI accreditation from the previous owner. GlenFarrow offers continuous RHI account management and support packages following your installation.
GlenFarrow now buys pre-owned biomass boilers that have active accreditations to the non-domestic RHI scheme. We are uniquely positioned to buy and sell second-hand biomass boilers thanks to our large customer database and our strong reputation within the biomass industry. We can purchase boilers of any make, model and size as long as they are accredited to the non-domestic RHI.
