Proposed new building will bring benefits for customers and employees alike

New GlenFarrow building proposal

GlenFarrow’s recently submitted planning application for an extensive expansion to our current headquarters building marks a pivotal moment in our company’s growth. The exciting proposal will deliver considerable improvements to the service we are able to offer to our customers and will also accommodate the evolving needs of our growing team. The new building would also elevate the overall workspace environment and provide significant scope for operational efficiencies.

Faster lead times, more products, wider range of engineering services

The upgraded Trade Counter and new warehouse aims to supercharge our operations. Our customers would benefit from faster lead times, a wider range of engineering services and an overall improved level of customer support.  As we eagerly await the regulatory process, we want to emphasise our gratitude to our customers for their continuous support.

More space and better facilities for both customers and team members

The proposed new site includes:

  • New feature reception and extended Trade Counter area
  • New manufacturing warehouse
  • Feature walkway over the warehouse for clients and visitors, enabling customers to view our production processes
  • Upgraded and extended offices
  • Increased circulation space and glazed atrium
  • Improved landscaping and greenery
  • More customer parking
  • More solar panels, allowing us to utilise more energy from the sun
  • Electric car charging points

Greater employment opportunity

As our company grows, so does our need for talented individuals to join our team. By expanding our facilities, we aim to create new employment opportunities for the local area.

Taking control of our production

Bringing the manufacturing of our GlenFarrow products in-house is one of the driving factors for the development of a new warehouse. The new warehouse will allow our engineers to have more space and greater control over the whole build process.
