When is the GlenFarrow Trade Counter open?

Our Trade Counter is open Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm.

Can I pre-order for collection?

Yes – all customers are able to purchase goods over the phone to collect in store.

How can I pay for my purchase?

Customers can purchase goods on Account or by cash, card and BACS.

Do I need an account with GlenFarrow to purchase something?

No, you do not need a Trade Account with us to purchase goods from our Trade Counter.

How do I open Trade account?

Customers can open a Trade Account in store. Just talk to one of our Trade Counter staff and they will be able to assist you with setting one up!

Can you order items in if you do not have it in stock?

Yes – we are able to order items in for customers. Please note: All non-stocked items are non-returnable and must be paid for in full at time of order.
