The requirement:

Lamberts, based in Norwich, is a trade counter selling predominantly fixings, fittings, tools and PPE. Formed in 1963, this family run company came to GlenFarrow to provide a solution for their business heating needs. Their current gas boiler had been condemned to use. Therefore, they required a complete plant refurbishment, including the removal and disposal of old boilers and redundant pipework.

Our solution:

Our GlenFarrow heating team developed a solution that would best fit the customer’s needs. To keep the job as cost effective as possible for our customer, the team first identified any existing components that could be retained – this helped to reduce the cost of new parts.

Two ATAG XL 110 natural gas boilers were supplied and installed, including the flue and gas and water pipework. GlenFarrow’s established working relationship with ATAG Heating Technology, allowed for a swift supply and installation process. As our engineers are both Gas and NICEIC approved, they provided a turn key solution as there was need need for a third party involvement.

What the client said:

“We recently had a new boiler system installed by GlenFarrow. Other companies had quoted but were too expensive as they wanted to remove and replace everything. GlenFarrow used their industry knowledge and were able to keep some of the components that had recently been fitted and because of this they were able to provide a very competitive price. The main two engineers on site were Jordan and Brendon, both very hard working and were always polite and professional. Whilst working in our warehouse they wore masks and maintained a safe distance at all times and were considerate to our requirements. I would have no hesitation in using GlenFarrow again and would like to pass on my thanks to all involved in this project.”
