GlenFarrow to Exhibit at both The Cereals Event and The Royal Highland Show

David Taylor who willbe leading the GlenFarrow exhibition team at The Cereals Event and the Royal Highland Show

GlenFarrow will be returning to both Cereals Event and The Royal Highland Show this year, after last year’s successful events. We will again be exhibiting our Biomass Boiler range and associated products, including our Grain and Log Dryers.

David Taylor, GlenFarrow’s Sales Engineer commented “We have been attending Cereals for 6 years and we have always found the audience to be very knowledgeable about the benefits of Biomass for heating and drying. With the inclusion of straw as a fuel source the interest in our equipment has grown. Last year we attended the Royal Highland Show for the first time, the interest from Scottish Farmers, Growers and Foresters was phenomenal that’s why we will be back in June.

When considering purchasing a Biomass Boiler, Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) payments have always been a key consideration. However other factors are now growing in importance. Rising fossil fuel prices and the benefits, to the environment, of using renewable and waste energy sources such as straw and waste wood have a big impact. Farmers still benefit from RHI payments, that are guaranteed for 20 years. However, they are now thinking more about the cost savings that can be made by replacing expensive fossil fuels with renewable energy sources.” David says, that’s why GlenFarrow have installed over 80 of their batch fed Biomass boilers so far this year.

David continues “We are looking forward to seeing visitors to both Shows and demonstrating the benefits both financial and otherwise of GlenFarrow’s UK built batch fed Biomass Boilers.”
