Glen Farrow Electrical Completes Design and Installation of New LED Lighting for Holbeach Community Centre

Holbeach Community Centre After New Lighting Installed

Glen Farrow UK Ltd the Spalding based Electrical experts, have completed the design and installation of new LED lighting for the Holbeach Community Centre.

Following an inspection by Glen Farrow, the Committee of Holbeach Community Centre appointed the company to design and install a new lighting system. The brief from the Community Centre Committee was simple – “Improve our lighting for all the individuals and community groups who use the Centre”. Glen Farrow Electrical Manager Andrew Thompson and his team co-ordinated the replacement of the old lighting with a new energy efficient, low maintenance LED system.

Work on the installation took Glen Farrow’s electrical team 2 days. Work was carried out to fit in with regular Community Centre activities. The new lighting uses energy efficient low maintenance LED, helping to reduce the Community Centres costs and improve their carbon footprint.

Commenting on the installation, Stephen Ward the Glen Farrow engineer who managed the work on site said “It’s great to see the finished result and the genuine difference the new lighting has made.”

Holbeach Community Centre Committee Member Cheryl Gratton said “The new lighting is a great improvement, it looks like the hall has been completely redecorated.  Glen Farrow made the whole process simple for us from advising on design, to managing and completing the work. We would like to thank the Grange Wind Farm Community Fund for their generous funding of £1,500, that has enabled us to purchase and install the new LED lights. We look forward to seeing our electricity costs being reduced as a direct result of the new lights.”.
