The client needed to replace nine aging and inefficient gas boilers while maintaining a 3400kW heat output. We developed a solution reducing the boilers to six, improving efficiency and cutting gas consumption by half. The new condensing boilers ensure longevity and cost savings.

Plant Room Refurbishment | The Beeches

The Beeches, a farm house in Long Sutton, required a complete plant room refurbishment to upgrade the heating and hot water system. The customer wanted to improve the reliability of his boiler, which was well over 30 years old and only around 70% efficient.
